Where do you ship?

Currently as of 2025, due to issues with the US government, we only ship within the United States. Sorry :( 


What are your average shipping times?

Shipping times can vary based on if they're ready-made, print-on-demand, or made to order. Shipping times are posted on every item listing. 


Why do shipping times differ between items?

Not all of our items are ready to ship immediately. Our apparel and most accessories are print-on-demand, and some of our ears are made-to-order.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Generally, no. We only accept returns on printed items that have defects. Please take a photo of the item and email us. Items that are handmade by us may be exchanged if the item is damaged upon recieving. You must take a photo of the item and the package immediately upon discovery of the damage, then email us.


When will you open for commissions?

We open for commissions for different items at random times honestly. If you are wanting a commission but it says I'm closed, feel free to contact me about it anyway! I can't guarentee I'll take it, but I may be able to do things on a case-by-case basis.


What in-person events will you be at? Will you have all of your website items in person?

Keep an eye out on my social media accounts for announcements of events I'll be at. In general, I'll usually at LEAST be at the West Virginia Renaissance Festival, Harmony House Ren Fair, and Tsubasacon.
Due to the Trump tarriffs, I will most likely not have the printed items on my site in person for a while. Stickers, keychains, and possibly t-shirts may be available, but I will mostly be focusing on ears, stickers, and clay figures.

Your privacy matters to us. Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, which has PCI Level 1 security on all transactions.
